Pipeline Google Analytics → Google BigQuery Pipeline user behavior data collection incident

We identified an issue with an underlying component that affects OWOX BI Pipeline for user behavior data collection. On 12 April at 12:28 to 13:00 UTC 1/5 of hit data for all number of user behavior pipelines was lost and can't be retrieved.

Work is ongoing to address the issue by the underlying component's engineering team. We will do our best to prevent this issue from happening in the future.

Pipeline Google Analytics → Google BigQuery Pipeline user behavior data collection incident

Google Cloud Platform currently experiencing an issue with the errors across multiple Google Cloud Platform Services.

Our OWOX BI access point At 2.30 PM (UTС time) to 2.45 PM (UTС time) was partially unavailable. Part of the data has been lost and couldn't be retrieved. The reason for the unavailability is described deeply down the link below: https://status.cloud.google.com/incident/zall/20005

Google Cloud Platform engineering team continues to investigate the issue. We will provide our next update tomorrow at 11:00 UTC.

UPD 12:30 PM UTC issue on the Google Side has been solved. All GCP services are currently operational.
