VK → Google Analytics / Google BigQuery pipelines have become generally unable to export cost data and refresh the access.
Our engineering team is currently working on investigating the issue. We will provide an update on the situation tomorrow, September 15, at 12:00 UTC.
All cost data for the period of the pipeline outage will be imported to your Google Analytics property / Google BigQuery project as soon as the pipeline will be back to work.

We have resolved the cost data import outage issue.
VK → Google Analytics / Google BigQuery pipelines are fully operational: cost data import is active; refreshing the access is available.
The missing cost data for previous days will be imported during the next 24 hours.
