Today, September 10, Twitter Ads pipelines have become generally unable to refresh any types of access. Additionally connecting Twitter Ads accounts to create new pipelines is unavailable as well.
We have investigated the issue and discovered that this is an unexpected result of the Twitter tokens limit.
